Admittedly, Sulu felt kind of bad for making Ianto look kind of dumb, there, but it wasn't like he did it on purpose. He just... didn't think ordering all of Ianto's food would be a good thing to do after walking around with his arm around him.

He didn't bring it up, though; he just let Ianto ask his question - which was kind of silly, considering Slusho was pretty big in this era - and shrugged. "It's... like a slushy, kind of? It's really good, though."
