Sulu put his free hand on Ianto's shoulder, squeezing gently. "Don't worry. I don't want you vomiting on me either," he joked sympathetically. "It's okay. Don't apologize for something you can't control."
As lightly as he was treating it, Sulu was honestly pained to see Ianto feeling so sick. He wished he could do something for him, to make it less painful, but he wasn't the one who was supposed to be connected to Ianto; that was Jack. It was disheartening, sure, but right now, all he wanted was to help Ianto find the other man, and keep him close until Ianto felt one-hundred percent again. Sulu put all thoughts of the viruses as allegories and instead just nudged Ianto towards the door of the car. "Let's go find Jack. I'll be right here for you to lean on, if you need it, all right?"
