"No, no. I think I get it now." He sort of did, at least, which was all Sulu needed to back off of the conversation. "But that's still weird. You guys are weird." Sulu's tone was obviously joking - he didn't think Ianto was any stranger than anyone he'd met in school, really.
They made their way up the street, finding the car parked exactly where it had been left, looking the same as it had when they'd left it. Sulu hadn't expected anything different, of course, but the fact was that it said a lot about the era that his hovercar wasn't so much as dinged. He grinned. "Okay, now... we just have to deal with traffic. Awesome." Not that there was much to begin with.
