parkedI figure I probably already doomed myself by finding that fiction-request community so I decided to do some more digging. It's not like anything else can be as bad as that, right?

This is something I found searching for "enterprise", since I assumed it would be the safest search. I was pretty much right, too, which says something about my judgement.
For some reason, searching for "starfleet" just got me a lot of scantily clad women (drawn, mostly) with various Federation emblems. It was kind of awkward.
I didn't want to search for anybody because written is a lot different than drawn, so I made "enterprise" and "starfleet" my two search terms, since they seem to get enough results.
I tried "Fanart" Central, but the art generally was a lot lower in quality and for some reason, "enterprise" brought up Klingons.
The last place that I found was a database called Danbooru, for people to upload a variety of "fanart" - which is still creeping me out, by the way - and it has a lot of images from Deviant Art on their, as well as other stuff. It was... kind of like searching through the kink meme. "Enterprise" yielded no results but they suggested "uss_enterprise", which got me this. I, for one, definitely don't see the Enterprise as a little girl with bright green hair, but "personification" is a tag on Danbooru so I suppose that's popular. "star trek" was another tag so I followed that one and got... some weird stuff. Like, say, the NARADA. personified and Spock in a maid outfit.
So, yeah. I didn't try searching for individuals there, either, and "starfleet" showed no results.
For some reason, it looks like the artists are tamer than the writers. I guess that's a blessing. Some of the art on Deviant Art for Starfleet symbols and uniforms was actually pretty interesting.
