Sulu barely resisted rolling his eyes at Jack's outburst. Really, he was going to have to stop switching between upbeat and angry if Sulu was to ever have a hope of being able to be on good terms with the man. "Don't say things like that. I'm still a Starfleet officer, and if you start causing problems in my universe, I'm obliged to deal with it." He followed along, making sure to not get tangled with Ianto while they were getting out of the bed.
When Ianto motioned to their handcuffed hands, Sulu frowned. "...Yeah, that's going to be a problem." If Sulu was being honest with himself, it really was definitely not a problem, because Ianto definitely didn't look bad shirtless and, well, in his boxers - but. But. For going out in public, it probably would be awkward.
