Sulu followed Ianto in, confident that the more casual style of the pub was going to be better for both of them in the long run. Not to mention, he wouldn't feel so awkward getting something to drink when they were somewhere that basically required alcohol.
"Nah, this is fine," he said, taking the opposite stool for himself. He glanced over at the bar before shaking his head. "Yeah, I don't really like sitting at the bar. Plus, I doubt it's really the kind of... the whole mood we're going for, you know?" He grinned at Ianto, knowing full well that the other was trying to keep their whole situation on the downlow. He couldn't help but tease him a little about it. After all, other than giving this meeting a distinctly romantic title, they really were going to probably be doing what they normally did - hang out and talk about whatever came up.
