I didn't even mark my birthday on my calendar. That's how complicated this month has been. Note to self: getting older isn't a bad thing, especially when you're only 21. ...22 now, I guess.


((OOC: a while ago I came up with an arbitrary birthday for Sulu and I decided it was the 12th. Which is today. Thankfully, Sulu's just as absentminded about this kind of thing as I am right now, so it all works out. XD; ))

Oh no, not at all. I mean, well. The cinema's the cinema. But the Electro's a movie theater. Like they were in the old days. It's an antique, even for me.

Oh, no. It's your day, this time. Which would you rather have? Or which would you have the patience to do, I suppose I should be asking. The Electro does silent movies, depending on the night. Some people don't find those nearly as exciting as the more recent ones.

[Scotty'd had no idea it was Sulu's birthday, until he saw this. And because he still feels bad about getting upset with Sulu over the whole community thing, he figures he might as well give him a gift. He's not the best when it comes to gift-giving, but hopefully Sulu will enjoy a bottle of whiskey (twin the one they shared the other night) and a new pair of shears for the botany labs.]
